Photography Lessons
Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 9:58PM I’ve been thinking about this for a long time. I am going to be putting together several photography lessons ranging from “True Beginner” to “Advanced”. I would like this to be a very informal, one-on-one type of lesson. These classes will be available in the Raleigh NC area.
The lessons would consist of
- Getting the most out of your digital camera.
- Composition
- How to get the “Correct” exposure
- Learning how to see “Light”
- Macro Photography
- Etc….
I am going to be putting together a lesson plan with some reading recommendations and outlines on what each lesson will cover. Now this will obviously be just an outline and not written in stone as people will have different cameras. I want these lessons be relevant to both “Point and Shoot” and “SLR” cameras.
Any feedback or suggestions on what to include in the lessons would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks all
Peace

Eric,
Have you had any successful classes since this post? If so, do you have any tips....instructor to instructor? I just had my first class on Monday through the Village Gallery of Arts in NW Portland. It was a basic class for other visual artists to learn how to better photograph their art for other mediums of advertising or contests through the web...it went well. We all had fun.
